Refund & Refill Policy

At Iglikes we want every customer to be satisfied with their order. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund or a free refill, and how to request one. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

If an order is not delivered within the stated delivery time and our team cannot complete it, you are entitled to a full refund of that order to your account balance, or a re-process at no extra cost — whichever you prefer.

Many of our services include a refill guarantee (the guarantee period is shown on each service). If followers, views, or likes drop below the delivered amount within the guarantee period, we will refill them for free. Submit a refill request with your order ID and we will process it promptly.

You may request a refund to your account balance in the following cases:

• The order was never started or delivered.
• The service was permanently unavailable after payment.
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
• The delivered service does not match what was ordered and cannot be corrected.

Refunds are not available when:

• The order has been fully and correctly delivered as described.
• An incorrect link, username, or private/inactive profile was provided, preventing delivery.
• A drop occurs after the refill guarantee period has expired, or on services sold without a refill guarantee.
• The decline is caused by changes made by the social platform after delivery.

Approved refunds are credited to your Iglikes account balance. Where a refund to the original payment method is required by law, please contact support and we will assist.

Refill requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Refunds to your account balance are usually applied within 1–3 business days after approval.
